We take care of your laundry

Unlike other Laundry Delivery service options in Toronto and GTA, we own and operate our production facilities. We know laundry; we don’t just resell your order to a random laundromat.

Our drivers and laundry staff are professional, they are well-compensated and well-supervised. We don't use contractors or gig-workers, no minimum wage employees, and no confusion about who is actually doing your laundry.

Your Laundry will be professionally processed in our laundromat by our trained employees.

Every order is completed separately in sanitized machines following your preferences.

You will receive the invoice and a payment link by email.

We will deliver your laundry the next day as per your instructions.

You will receive a text messages once your laundry has left the laundromat and when the driver is on their way to your address.

Pick-Up & Delivery - FAQ

  • Yes, we service both residential customers as well as commercial accounts, including various barbers, salons, and Airbnb’s. 

  • For delivery orders, your laundry are always returned to you the next day.

  • Yes, there are no contracts and you can cancel a specific pick-up at any time. Our small local company believes in earning your trust and business one order at a time.

  • No, all customer orders are kept separate throughout the process, in the washers, dryers, and when folded.

  • To approximate the number of pounds of laundry you have, consider a normal sized load for a residential washer is about 10-12 pounds of laundry. For a more precise measurement, you could even weigh your laundry bag on a bathroom scale at home

  • Your laundry is weighed before it is washed (dry) on our commercial scales. All bulk items eligible for per-piece charges are removed before weighing.

    If your laundry is given to us wet, we weight it after it is dry and folded.
